Welcome to the College Hills Homeowner's Association website!
College Hills is a fantastic neighborhood with a diverse population of long-time residents, new families, and college students. We live in a super location in that we can walk to A&M and footballs games, we're close to the best shopping and restaurants in town, and we're in an excellent school district with a wonderful city park. The College Hills HOA has been around since 1938 and has a board of seven property owners. Dues are $24 a year and are collected annually in October. Deed restrictions apply to all owners and renters of homes within the College Hills neighborhood and are available on this website if you need to review them. We have an Architectural Committee that must review and approve all new construction and remodeling plans (including new driveways and fences) before they are submitted to the city for permits. Please take the time to look through the site, and visit it frequently for updates on neighborhood activities and other important announcements. We encourage all owners and renters to get to know their neighbors and get involved with association activities. Remember, this site was designed exclusively for you and your neighbors!
